My career spans high-growth startups, global enterprises, and AI-first innovation — always with a focus on accelerating product velocity, modernizing UX, and creating measurable business impact.


I’ve led product and UX organizations across 100+ enterprise software products, contributed to $4B+ in digital revenue impact, and helped scale BlueJeans to $100M ARR, later acquired by Verizon. Most recently, I serve as CEO of Selsa, an AI-native company building intelligent customer agents for modern businesses.


My strength is in bringing clarity where there is complexity:
aligning executives, diagnosing organizational bottlenecks, and designing AI-enabled product and workflow strategies that teams can execute with confidence.
